Help with GA Travel Night Purchase – No Customer Number

Hello everyone,

I’m trying to purchase the GA Travel Night on the SBB website, but I’m facing an issue. I created an account on SBB, but when I try to buy the pass, it asks for a customer number, which I don’t have.

I tried clicking on “Identity Check” during the purchase process, but it asks for a phone number verification. I entered my number, but I’m not receiving any SMS (probably because I’m currently in Brazil).

Does anyone know how I can proceed with the purchase without a customer number? Is there an alternative way to verify my identity?

I do recommend to purchase the travel card on-site after having arrived in Switzerland.

You can use the GA Night Travel right after purchase. So why dealing with all the hassle now?
