No. In that case you need to buy a new ticket. Which is why buying a supersaver ticket in connection with a flight is not a good idea. Buy a normal ticket (which is good the whole day) or a Saver Day Pass if that is cheaper.

Neither it’s the fault of the railway. On the other hand, the airline will also not rebook your saver air ticket if your train was late and you had missed your flight.

Here, airlines and railways are rather competitors, except for domestic travel.
