If you’re able to buy a Luzern-Titlis ticket from SBB, then yes, the cable car(s) will be already included in that ticket.
The question is just whether the turnstiles at the cable car stations are already able to scan that SBB ticket QR code, or a staff member will be standing there, check your ticket visually and let you through, or whether you need to queue at the ticket counter anyway for getting (for free of course) some cardboard ticket with the necessary magnetic strip/barcode for passing the automated turnstiles.
