My wife and I will be coming to Switzerland in late May this year. We were coming the same time last year but a sudden illness meant we had to cancel.
We have bought our half fare cards and are preparing to book some trains trips very soon.
On one of our trips we plan to travel from Chur to Brig, on the SBB website it say’s we can book our tickets okay but when we try to make the seat reservations it tells us “for that part of the journey it says seat resevations are not available and to consider an alternative time”.
However on the Glacier Express website, when you request a seat reservation for the same trip it says reservations are not available until 93 days out from the date, is this the reason why we can’t make the seat reservation?
