Impossible to buy the train tickets with Halbtax PLUS 2000 on sbb.ch

I tried to book a train ticket from Davos Platz to Zurich on the website sbb.ch, but ridiculously, I was not able to pay for the ticket with Halbtax PLUS 2000. Is something wrong here?

I am not aware of any general payment problems with the Half Fare Travelcard PLUS. With so little information, however, it is difficult to guess a possible cause.

What specific error message appears?
Is it possibly a ticket for another person?
Is this a new Half Fare PLUS credit package?

Thanks for your reply. I am buying the ticket for myself.

I got the Halbtax Plus 2000 last July, and it worked with the app on the phone, but today my phone ran out of battery, and I tried to buy the tickets on the website with my laptop (for this weekend), but I was not able to pay with Halbtax Plus 2000 (my credit remains 1400 CHF).

Please double-check.

Please kindly note that this Community is basically a customer help customer forum, which is why we cannot access personalised data here in the Community.
Since it has worked without any problems via the app so far, I suspect the cause is not the credit package, but maybe the individual browser or device settings, which is why the official customer support will probably not be able to help without a concrete error image with a possible error message.

Possible browser or device causes:

Blocked all cookies in the browser settings instead of allowing necessary cookies.
Installed and active add-on solutions such as VPN, virus protection, firewall, adblocker, proxy server, etc., which block the payment process.
If it is a business laptop, the company’s installed security solutions could also be the cause.

Possible solutions:

Delete cookies and browser history.
Allow necessary cookies.
Use a different browser.
Switch off add-ons as a test to identify the cause.

I think that the systems did not allow me to buy a point-to-point ticket because I can use Halbtax Plus to buy a saver day pass (done, this Sunday, 8th Feb). There were some people who complained about this issue. But not fixed yet, unglaublich!

What??? You should not think of whatever nonsense conspiracy theories, rather follow the suggestions already made above, such as trying a different browser.
Or recharge your phone.
