I cant purchase tickets

It says that due to technical errors I can not pay with visa, mastercard or american express. When will this be solved? I cant either with the easyride app..

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community.

There is no technical issue known, thus it must be an issue at your end. Did you ever try adding the credit card via the website (www.sbb.ch > Login) instead of adding it in the app? Furthermore, does your CC support the 3D secure ID which is mandatory when dealing with SBB?

Yesterday I actually noticed a temporary (red) message in the Profile section of the SBB Mobile app about issues with some payment methods. But it’s gone again already for more than 8h.
So try again, but make sure (with your card issuer) that the card supports 3-D Secure and the feature is activated.
