Your start point is simply Zurich Airport or Zürich Flughafen.
Simply start typing ‘airport’, and the correct option should pop up in the selection list.
The quickest route is via Bern, as suggested by default in the online timetable. There are some occasional IC81 connections without interchange between the airport and Interlaken Ost (where changing trains is unavoidable), but you probably don’t want to wait too long at the airport just because of that criteria. The IC8 connections from Zurich are also ok, as for the train transfer in Bern, you often just have to walk across the same platform.
