We arrive Zurich Flughaven and need a train to Arosa departing 16.30 on 17/12. Return Arosa to Zurich Flughafen departing 10.30 on 25/12/2025.

I have read the timetable is only published in October 2025 for departures after 15/12. Is this correct?

You do not need to buy this in advance. Maybe get a Saver Day Pass. You can buy that 6 months in advance and you do not need a schedule for that.

Thank you. The Christmas timetable isn’t published 6 months in advance. Am I correct - the Timetable is published in October 2025 for all trains after 14/12/2025?

Yes. In the past, the timetable has been released around 2 months before the change in mid december.
