Train name on SBB App

I think is a good idea to add the train type on the app. Like:
ICN
GIRUNO
BOMBARDIER
TLP
FLIRT
… and more
So you can choose easily.
I personally hate the GIRUNO and I don’t want to take it for long trips, I will check everytime.

I think is also a good idea to put an extra symbol on the app to mark the trains with a playground.

As a Giruno instructor I am sad to hear you do not like it.

The train type in the time table would simply add confusion in case of short term changes to the rolling stock. Most people just want a ride, not matter the train equipment. You can find the planned rolling stock on www.reisezuege.ch.

I am sorry but there is no space on the GIRUNO for families, if you have a stroller you need to get up a step and inside you cant move between carriages, if u have a big one you get stuck, the only solution is going up to the bike site but sometimes you don’t have time to change spot, because you need to get out the train run and back in hopefullyfor you in the right door 😅. Seats are the worst on the SBB net in my opinion, unergonomic, hard and fixed.
The teddy bear doesn’t mean there is a playground, there is only in 10% of cases when specified. A slide symbol could fix the problem.

I think add some infos in the app under “train composition” is not confusing…

Btw I am a big fan of Swiss railways overall 😅
