Difference between Cartes Journalières

I have recently bought a demi-tarif pass for 2025. However, I am confused about its purpose of “saving up money”… When I compare the prices between the “Carte Journalière dégriffé” and the “Carte journalière pour le demi-tarif”, the demi-tarif one is more expensive? So, am I the one getting confused, because on the SBB official page it says you can find the carte journalière from 29 chf, but I haven’t found a single one… help :c

The “Carte Journalière dégriffé” is the Saver Day Pass, and that you need to buy in advance. Prices do start at 29,- but you have to be really early for that. Look at a date 6 months from now.
A Saver Day Pass is also not refundable.

The “Carte journalière pour le demi-tarif” is always available, always has the same price, and is refundable. So more expensive, but also more flexible, as you can buy it last minute.
