Changing date of swiss travel pass

I puchased 4 swiss passes today and found that the travel date on passes started from today and it is already validated as soon as it is issued. But I am travelling to switzerland from 25 March 2025. Is it possible to change the dates of swiss travel pass now.

Danhiel Thanks Danhiel. I called them and they refunded the amount after deducting 10 euro.

Good news. They deducted probably 10 CHF (Swiss francs) and not 10 euros. Pleas note that we don’t use euros in Switzerland if you want exchange money for your trip.
