Hi, I am from Australia and recently travelled from Paris to Zurich, tickets purchased online on SBB website and my journey was delayed by 3 hours.
When I am trying to submit the claim form, bank details require IBAN which does not apply for Australian bank accounts, but I am unable to submit the form online as IBAN is mandatory, does any one know how to proceed with the claim in this situation?
