Is there an official channel for making a request to the ZVB Bus Company to change the timing of a bus route, so that the bus departure is better aligned with the SBB train timetable?

I’ve only found a few things that could help you.

To answer the question from my side: Yes and no.

Yes you can give feedback for the next timetable which will be released at the end of 2025, but you can’t do that yet. You will have to wait until spring 2025 where this website takes feedback and critique about the timetable.

You can also fill out a complaint form, to get your feedback to the right place, of the ZVB here (only available in german).
