I hold a FIP half price travel card. Am I entitled to buy a Saver day pass on line.

The FIP Card entitles you to purchase tickets for international trips at a reduced price. To purchase discounted tickets for travel in Switzerland, you need the Half-Fare Card. If you have this card, please indicate the reduction card when purchasing on www.sbb.ch or the SBB Mobile App.

Holding the the FIP reduction card, you are not entitled to purchase day passes.

Following limited offers can be purchased at Half Fare holding the FIP reduction card:

Ticket for a single journey
Ticket for a return jouney
2 journeys ticket for a single/return journey
Class upgrades and change-of-route tickets
SCIC-NRT tickets

If you want to benefit from other Half Fare offers you would require the Swiss Half Fare Card as mentioned by @RahelW.

Yes, provided you buy tickets of categories mentioned above. In order to buy the tickets, your FIP is not required. Whether you are eligible to make use of reduced tickets is only checked on board when you present your FIP.

One last thing, just to be sure. Does this mean i can purchase on line tickets branded as 1× Supersaver Ticket, Half-Fare Travelcard but not tickets branded as 1× Saver Day Pass, Half-Fare Travelcard

Use the SBB ticket shop at www.sbb.ch/en. You simply enter the departure and destination points and will then see a list of ticket options. You can also get it from the ticketing machine or from the SBB Travel Center.

The following limited offers can be purchased at Half Fare, holding the FIP reduction card:

Ticket for a single journey
Ticket for a return journey
2 journey tickets for a single/return journey
Class upgrades and change-of-route tickets
SCIC-NRT tickets
