Trying to purchase a 2nd pair of Saver Day Passes

Why won’t the SBB website allow me to buy another (second) pair of Saver Day Passes for my wife and myself on another (return) day online? I purchased the first pair as a “guest” with no problems, but an error occurs when I attempt to buy the second/return Passes. Please advise.

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community. We are a customer support forum run by volunteers.
You can purchase as many Saver Day Passes as you need, as long as the stock lasts, since the total number of Saver Day Passes available per day is limited to a certain number.

Without any screenshots or further description of the error message, we are unable to assist.

Also, we suggest creating a user account to purchase tickets.

Follow-up: I created an account on the SBB App and was successful purchasing the 2 tickets for the 2nd half of my itinerary. The first ½ were purchased as a Guest to the site…but do not appear as purchased on the App (no surprise). I’m good to go….thanks for your response.
