Hello,

I am contacting you with reference to Order Number: (SBB Admin: PII redacted. Please do NOT post any personal details, including order or ticket numbers. Reason: SBB Community is a public forum) I booked last evening.

I have realized that I erroneously booked two tickets for the same passenger name (i.e., Smita Shah). I would like to change the name on one of the tickets from Smita Shah to Nisha Shah.

Could you please do it for me? if not, could you please let me know the procedure for changing it?

What ticket is it? A point-to-point or Supersaver ticket?

Name changes are not possible, you must cancel the ticket and rebuy. Supersaver tickets are not cancellable, also not in the event of a double purchase. In this case, you have to buy a new ticket without a refund for the erroneous one.

In order to purchase tickets for another person, you must first register them as co-travelers. Each person must have their own ticket bearing their name.
