I wanted to book return tickets on panoramic PE direct train from luzern to interlaken,with specific timing but it showed to me point to point tickets with no timing ,and whole purchasing found other option which is day passess

Why do you want tickets with a specific timing? Normal tickets are good for any train on the route, and if you want to do a return trip a day pass will indeed often be the cheapest option.

The system is, in other words, trying to point you at the best option.

So with the day pass I can use panoramic PE train without having any other cards or discounts offers???
And what about the seat reservation ,how to do that with day pass.

And should you still insist on a seat reservation:
For “panoramic” tourist trains, reservations can be done only via the train operator’s website, not via SBB ticket sales channels (who don’t operate such trains).

In your case, that would be => here (in this case cashed by Luzern tourism)

The train from Luzern to Interlaken is a normal train, used by people to go about their every day business. If you have a day pass you can travel on it, just like you can travel on all other public transit in Switzerland. But just a ticket is fine too.

You do not need seat reservations. They are overpriced anyway.
