Cancellation and Refund of Ticket

Hello, I bought one ticket to Milan from Zug on 19th of February, initially at 16.00. Then I bought a second one at 14.00 as my plans changed. Unfortunately I cannot see the first ticket I bought in my orders so that I cannot cancel it. Can you help me?

If you purchased your ticket with SBB, and the ticket type allows a cancellation:
International tickets cannot be cancelled online but by phone (0848 44 66 88, CHF 0.08/min, waiting times may occur) or personally at the SBB Travel Center.
