Hi, is there an issue with the SBB Mobile app currently? I am trying to purchase a saver day pass but noticed the message on the app “Due to technical problems, the purchasing of tickets via SBB.ch and SBB Mobile is currently limited.” I have already tried purchasing twice but both times ticket purchase failed. “The ticket sale could not be completed as the system is temporarily unavailable. Please try again” Error code TIF-3042. Anyone able to advise what I should do? I see the payments pending at my bank and I hope they will be returned.
