Hello, Case: CS009701420 and Case: CS009706123
Six passengers each had two tickets to be refunded: the first was from Zermatt to Bern; the second was from Bern to Zurich. When we refunded our tickets we had already purchased new tickets for the same itinerary at full price.
I checked my emails and found that I had received an email from SBB on November 3, informing us that the two tickets for the six of us did not meet the refund regulations, so the refund could not be paid. But I’m sure we are eligible for a refund. Although we wanted to refund the discounted tickets, the new tickets we purchased were confirmed to be regular full price tickets with the same itinerary and travel date as the refund one ,but a different train number. I have checked the refund policy and we comply! Attached are the tickets purchased by the six of us for your reference! Please let me know the follow-up of the ticket refund. Thank you!
