I just wanted to find out, on behalf of a friend who is a refugee in Switzerland and he hasn’t received his stay permit yet, today he received a fine invoice from SBB after he had traveled a with a 9.00 oclock pass before time and he had bought the other ticket day before and forgot it at home but the controller didn’t take it and wrote him a ticket.
And the second attempt was similar with the 9.00 o’clock pass and he traveled before time and he forgot to buy the other ticket.
The first attempt, he was still new in Switzerland and he had used a ticket from his Social help but he forgot to stamp it at the train station machine and the controller wrote him an invoice
So today the invoice he received state that criminal record fee was included. Does that mean he has a criminal record already? And what can he do to clear that record if it has been filed because, he has an explanation to all the incidents?
Please note, he did pay all of his invoices already but he is just stressed over the last invoice that came with criminal record fee
