Customer registration system with problems

When registering to obtain client number the system is presenting a recurring error.
I try for a week and always get the message unexpected mistake, try later. I need help.

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community!

A customer number is given to residents only. If you happen to be a tourist, you clicked the wrong link.
Do not confuse the SwissPass (= for residents), and the Swiss Travel Pass (= for tourists).

Consequently, when creating an account, please use ‘No customer number’.

Muito obrigado por responder, porém ao cadastrar escolhi esta opção, porém após preencher os dados ele não conclui com erro inesperado

Can we communicate in English, please?

Try entering all in capital letters and when selecting the country, select your country. Then, before sending the form, change it to another country, and back to your country. Then it should work.

RolandP Thank you very much for responding, but when registering I chose this option, but after filling in the data it does not complete with an unexpected error.
