Supersaver tickets are valid for a certain connection only that is to be chosen upon ticket purchase. It cannot be changed after purchase. This is clearly stated when you purchase the ticket: no exchange, no refund.
You can refund it, provided you purchase now a new regular (not Supersaver ticket) for the same route, day, and passenger(s)).
We do not recommend Supersaver tickets for tourists for sightseeing; they simply do not leave any flexibility.
