Hello, hope anyone can help. Trying to do our trip schedule for my wife and I.
May 21—-St Moritz - Zermatt
May 22 —-Zermantt —Glacier paradise
May 24—-Zermatt- Andermatt - Engelberg
May 26—engelberg - Zurich- Wein
As a Tourist, purchase of any travelcards will help. To may options, no idea wich one to choose. Do I need to buy whole year card if only will be use for less that a month?

You apparently looked up travelcards for residents. There are specific offers for foreign visitors with much shorter validity periods than one year, such as the Swiss Travel Pass and the Swiss Half Fare Card (tourist version).
With your travel plans, the Swiss Half Fare Card makes more sense than a 4-day STP Flex, because the 50% discount on the mountain rides (such as Titlis or Klein Matterhorn) applies on all days (i.e. May 23th and 25th), not only on the 4 selected railway travel “flex days” you listed above.

RedBaron hello my friend. Thanks a lot for your help. got into the half fare page, I have tried to purchase, but without success. keeps telling me to check my CC data, wich is ok. Is there any limitation on time to buy on advance? any other way to get it.
Should I get one for each passenger? or one will work for my wife and I

Also there is no issue if you buy the Swiss Half Fare Card only after arriving in Switzerland e.g. at the SBB travel center at the airport. Same as with regular tickets, it is always available in unlimited numbers at always the same price. If paying locally with the CC at POS payment terminals, 3D-Secure is usually not checked (the vendor could e.g. still check the signature).

The validity period of the Half Fare Card relates to your TRAVEL DATES. So you need it for TRAVELING together with discounted half fare tickets, both will be checked during a ticket control. But you don’t need the card yet for BUYING such discounted tickets online in advance - whether you have a valid half fare card or not will NOT be checked during the (online) ticket purchase process. (It will be requested when buying discounted tickets at the cable car station in Zermatt though).

Please contact your CC bank first.

Alternatively, in the webshop form where you enter your personal information, at the the country selection field, select your country, then before sending the form, change it to another country, then again back to your country, then send. Sometimes the form is only accepted if you choose the country for a second time.

RedBaron Thanks a lot Red Baron. So I can purchase my tickets at half fare, then buy the halffare card, online or at trains stations. that good news.
Now one more question.

It St Moritz - Zermatt, do not allows me to continue, it shows as I must pick seat, but I do not see seat options on page. sorry aor all the questions

Are you trying to book the Glacier Express? If so you best do that on www.rhb.ch, the operator of that train.

Hello @RedBaron and @Krist , Thanks for your Help. Yes I bought Bernina Express and Glacier Express tickets and seats without any situation. I tried to buy other tickets I need from SBB, it was imposible, same message that Travel card, “Check your CC data”

Is there any mail or phone to contact someone to help to get tickets?

The most probable explanation why your CC doesn’t work is the not yet activated 3D-Secure feature, as already mentioned above: It’s a kind of multi-factor authentication anti-fraud mechanism, which is standard nowadays with European bank cards, and which is enforced by many webshops such as sbb.ch.
You can’t change this fact, so the mail or phone contact you’d need is your CC issuer or bank.

Otherwise, simply buy all your tickets on-site e.g. after arrival at the SBB airport travel center. Any regular tickets are always available in unlimited numbers and the prices won’t change (excepted for limited saver offers).
