We are trying to book the Snow and Rail offer for Pizol, including the 30% discount on the ski pass. However, we have encountered an issue regarding the student forfait eligibility.
We were born in 1999, meaning we are 25 years old. According to the Pizol website, the student forfait is available for students under 26 as specified in the tariffs section here. Based on this, we believe we should qualify for the student rate.
However, when booking via Snow and Rail, the system only allows the student forfait for those who are 24 at the moment of buying, despite Pizol’s own terms suggesting that we should still be eligible.
Could you please clarify this discrepancy and let us know if there is a way to access the student forfait as per Pizol’s stated policy?
