I bought a yearly subscriptions for 4 zones in Zürich, as I needed them to commute to work. At the time I thought I would stay at my workplace for at least a year, but I will actually change job, and won’t require 4 zones anymore, but only 3. Would it be possible to downgrade my subscription and get at least some money back for the remaining six months?
