Orders overview of last year

I need to generate the 2024 all orders overview today (March 2025) for the tax declaration. Today, the Profile>Orders can only generate all orders until March 2024. All tickets I bought in January and February 2024 are not listed at all, although I can find email with purchase confirmation. Could someone fix this error, please?
Last year I could easily generate it for the tax declaration.

Short: You can get a complete list of the last 12 months only. It is advisable to download it by the end of the year, or month by month.
