Swiss Travel Pass refund

I made a mistake with the travel passes.
I have purchased a Swiss Travel Pass for 3 days. However I realize 3 or 4 Saver Day Passes are more appropriate for me.

Is it possible to make the change? This would also allow me more flexibility on dates.

I purchased the 3-day Swiss Travel Pass as a guest but I had also purchased cancellation insurance? Is there a way I can fix my mistake? Thanks

You can request the cancellation of your passes. Each request will be charged with CHF 10 administrration fee. See this form, provided you have purchased the Swiss Travel Passes with SBB:

Could you confirm Swiss Day Pass is valid for tourists and also valid for Bernina Express (note I have already purchased seat reservation for Bernina Express) Thanks
