Q1: Only the Half Fare Travelcard for Swiss residents, not the Swiss Half Fare Card for tourists. And only for regular tickets, not for already discounted tickets (semi flexible and not flexible).

Q2: On sbb.ch or in the SBB Mobile app. It is recommended to create an account and not to buy tickets as guest.
