Olukaniuk I paid my ticket through the online sbb system (logged in). The payment was charged, but no ticket arrived. What shall I do to get my money back?

Ellie Khaw Olukaniuk Hi I have encountered the same issue last night and now chanting upon this conversation. Did you write to them? Hope did you get your refund back? How long did you need to wait for the refund? Same thing, my bank was deducted but i did not receive my tickets.
