Hello SBB, in September 08 2024. I took a train from Stadelhofel to Stettbach. I used easy ride to pay for the short distance, because the train was late, I activated easy ride before boarding. Then your staff came to check, I showed them my ticket, but when I got off the train. They checked me again, when I had finished my journey, my phone had no internet so I couldn’t log in to the SBB mobile app and show it to them, then they gave me a receipt. It’s ridiculous. I still have the receipt and ticket in the sbb app. I want to make a complaint about this case. Thanks
