Tickets not appearing in Mobile app

Hi, I bought a ticket and then had to cancel it. However I rebought a ticket for exactly the same journey later. Both of them via sbb.ch - however on my app only the cancelled ticket is showing and not the new valid ticket. Can anyone help.
