Hello, could you please tell me what the procedure is for someone else (my partner) to pick up the lost item on my behalf? Thank you! (PS : I am so grateful for the Lost and Found service of the SBB - my item was found, the communication has been flawless, I am SO grateful 🙏). Thank you!

Sure, this is possible if the person who is picking up your stuff holds a power of attorney document signed by you and, if possible, a passport or ID document copy from you.
