I would like to purchase a “Swiss Half Fare Card”, but the message “An error occurred while processing your query. Is this an error on the SBB side? I would like to know what I should do.

You seem to be in a hurry, you missed the hello :-/

Please try entering all ersonal information in full CAPITAL letters. Furthermore, select your country of residence, then choose another country and change it back to your country. Sometims the country information is not correctly saved at the first attempt.

Then try to resend the order. There is a nasty UI bug that appears for some users only.
