Correcting date on tickets that I just purchase on mobil app

I accidentally selected wrong travel date on my ticket from Interlaken Ost to Zurich on my mobile app. It was supposed to be June/27/2025 not July/27/2025. How can I get the date corrected on my tickets? The date should be June/27/2025.

You can obtain a refund 30 minutes after your purchase.

Otherwise, what kind of tickets did you buy? Supersaver tickets, Point-to-point tickets, Saver Day Passes?

Supersaver Tickets are usually not refundable and not exchangeable, but you could ask the SBB if an exception would be possible, without any guarantee that they accept.

I requested refund as you suggested over 20 days ago, but I have not heard from them as of today. Thank you again for information on how to request refund. I used my cell phone to purchase the tickets, and I’m not sure what went wrong while I was selecting the date.
