Ilias Afelad I tried to do it at the time, but it wouldn’t let me, so I’m requesting a refund for that ticket since I didn’t travel on that train. I spent a long time trying to cancel it and asking for a refund, but it didn’t work, so I contacted you.
Krist The is the SBB community. We are not the SBB customer support. You really have to go via the link posted in the first answer. You should also be aware that getting a refund for a ticket that you choose not to use after its validity has started is usually not possible, as you cannot prove that you did not use it.
