Hi, there! I have a question regarding the purchase of an SBB point-to-point single journey ticket. I bought the ticket through an intermediary (FlixBus in this case). I canceled the ticket shortly after and asked for a refund as there was an option for it. I then received an email that my ticket was canceled and I’d receive my money back in a few days, and in case I had questions, I should contact the SBB customer center. However, since the ticket was bought on Flixbus’ website, I am unsure how this works. The Flixbus customer service told me I’d need to ask SBB since it is their ticket and booking number. Has anyone been in a similar situation? If I contact SBB, would they be able to give me more information? Thanks in advance for your help! 🙂
