Hello, today I lost my backpack on a train going from Luzern to Basel SBB, I completed the form online selecting that i would like it to be shipped to Italy, as I am no longer in Switzerland. However, I’m not staying much longer in the direction I published in the online form, so I also wanted to know how many time it takes normally for the lost items to be deliverd and in the case it takes more than I am staying in Italy, if it is posible to change the shipping direction.
