I would like to purchase a 1. class Upgrade ( 2 class to 1 class )
Turists from Denmark.
I have a 4-day-flex-pass but I would like to get an upgrade ticket to 31-MAY-2025
ab.fart 09:39 St. Moritz to Zermatt, GlacierExpress ( Seat Reservations are in place)
I am using the link.

But the homepage returns with an “error” –> “No-offer”
Can you explain what is wrong ?

We are not the SBB 😉 But as a customer support forum run by volunteers, we can help, though.

We will check the situation with SBB (POSP CS010782410). Because of the modified timetable, the ticketing system seems to be confused. We will be back.

You could purchase a point-to-point 1st class upgrade ticket at ½ fare with the train attendant as well. There won’t be any Supersaver class upgrade tickets offers on this route anyway.

Please also note that a Day Class Upgrade is probably cheaper as a Point-to-point upgrade for this route.

Hello All.
It seems that the Class Upgrade “point-to-point” works today. (for a trip 31-May-2025)
But I need to start the process by selecting the ½-tax configuration, and after that change to “no-discount”.
