Hello everyone!
[I’m] new here and could really use your help. I recently purchased first-class tickets for the Zermatt–Zurich route and specifically selected seats to ensure availability and chose the business lsection. However, instead of standard first-class seating, we were assigned rigid, fold-down seats facing the window—hardly what one would expect from first class.
We still have the return journey ahead with multiple transfers, and our tickets for each leg include the business section again. How can we change these seat assignments? Also, why were we given such uncomfortable, fold-down seats despite paying extra for seat selection? Did I make a mistake during the booking process?
I’d appreciate any advice on how to resolve this. Thank you!
