Hi, I would like to get a ticket with the mobile app to Jungfraujoch with the interrail discount, would it be possible or would I have to buy it at the station itself? Thanks!

You have to purchase it at the station. We do not recommend the purchase of mountain excursion tickets in advance. What if the weather is bad and there is no view at the mountain top? It would mean the most expensive mountain trip ever.

No, the Interrail discount there is only 25%, and this very specific reduction option is not available in the SBB Mobile app (full or half fare only).
However you could get the tickets from the operator’s website jungfrau.ch, but DO NOT buy such tickets in advance as long as you don’t know how the weather at the top will be!

Thank you, I will keep this in mind. Is it the same for gornergrat? I think there is no discount with interrail, could you recommend an alternative route near Zermatt?

Not sure what you mean by “alternative route” exactly? You could hike one way of the Gornergrat (e.g. down to either Riffelalp or all the way to the village) and obtain the discount you hoped for that way.
