Where Is My Half Fare Card Confirmation

I have purchased a Swiss Half Fare card and have submitted all necessary information for a Swiss Pass. I have yet to receive the physical card, but when I sign in online, I find that I am listed as a “Full Fare” passenger while my traveling partner, who also purchased a Half Fare card, shows as a “Half Fare” traveler. Why is my Half Fare card not know in the Swiss Pass system? Do I need to register it somewhere?

Firstly, welcome to the SBB Community.

You mix up the Swiss Half Fare Card for toutrists, and the Half Fare Card, for residents.

The red plastic card is available for the resident version only.

Your Swiss Half Fare Card is like a ticket with a QR code. You must make the necessary settings yourself as part of the passenger details before purchasing a ticket. There should be a purchase confirmation e-mail with your Swiss Half Fare Card.
