Hello, I made a payment on the SBB website to purchase a super save ticket from Interlaken East Station to Basel Station as of May 11, 2025
However, the ticket was not purchased, so I got a notice telling me to try again from the beginning and an alarm said that the payment was made
I called the credit card company that paid and received a notice that the payment was approved
I found out that the cancellation of approval should be resolved by SBB
