I was traveling from Zurich HB to Dresden on the 15th of March and back from Dresden to Zurich HB on the 16th. Both ways train was delayed and I would like to get refund as I missed really important events both ways. Because I was late. Where should or who Message about rrefunds?

It depends of the cause of the delay. In case of external causes (police intervention, medical emergency, severe weather for example) no compensation is due. In other cases, you can contact the vendor of the ticket if the delay was 60 minutes or more.
