Does your credit card support the 3D secure ID at all, which is a mandatory security item for most web shops in Europe? If yes, did you enter the e-mail address correctly? Did you check the SPAM folder?
→ All successful purchases are confirmed by a purchase confirmation e-mail.
→ The simple listing of the transaction on the credit card statement does not mean the purchase was successful; it may mean a reservation request for the money only, which is cancelled again in case of an unsuccessful payment.
→ For most help requests made in our community, the reason for the non-receipt of the train ticket was the missing 3D secure ID. Please, check this first with your bank, and come back.
