Is there a direct train to Venezia S.Lucia from Zurich?

When I searched from SBB app, there’s a direct train to Venice from Zurich.
But when I try to reserve it, it says “there are no longer any tickes available for the connection”.
Does this mean there is no ticket left? or Connection between two countries are not available?
I want to reserve the ticket for May 11th 2025.

Thank you for your request.

I just performed a test on different sales systems. According to my information, the train EC113 on May 11 can no longer be booked, it is probably full. I recommend finding an alternative with a departure at 07:33 or 09:33 with change in Milan.

Is it really possible for a train to be already full months in advance? Especially given that it appears as if it was never open for booking in the first place…

On Trenitalia the train is marked as temporarily unavailable. So I think this is not a case of the train being booked out, but a case of the train not yet available (probably because there are planned engineering works on that Sunday) and the SBB booking system still being unable to provide useful error messages.
