Canceling of my Swiss travel pass

I bought a Swiss travel pass for April but unfortunately I cannot make it for that time. How can I get Credit or refund if I have cancel it . Please help

Provided you have purchased the Swiss Travel Pass from SBB:

You can cancel for a fee of CHF 10 before its first day of validity.

Thank you , Roland !! I live in America and have purchased the ticket online and it’s very difficult to find the option to process the cancellation even with a fee.
Also , I may use it in September when I can travel to Switzerland, so can I keep it till then without cancellation? Please advise! Thank you so much

For tickets in Switzerland, it is not possible to amend the validity dates; you always have to cancel the ticket and repurchase.
