Bicycle Transport Suggestions

Hello,
I am seeking to travel from Lecco, IT to Annecy, FR, with stops in St Moritz and Zermatt.
I have noted that some trains offer space for bicycle boxes and luggage (I will be travelling with one of each); is it possible to travel this route with both pieces of luggage?
I have also noted that bicycles may not be delivered to Zermatt, but that SBB offers the service of station to station transfer for such items. Would it in fact be possible to “skip” Zermatt for the bicycle and have it delivered to Annecy (or Geneva)? What would be the case if I do not make it to he destination station within the two days required for station to station transfer? Would I be able to collect it on the third or fourth day?
Any information or advice regarding that is appreciated.
Additionally, any advice regarding passes to reduce the cost of said transport (over a total or perhaps 5-7 days) would also be appreciated.

For your journey from Lecco to Annecy with stops in St. Moritz and Zermatt, you can bring your bicycle and luggage, but you need a bike space reservation for EuroCity trains to Italy (The reservation can only be done on the trenitalia website). Bicycles cannot be delivered to Zermatt, but you can use SBB’s bike shipping service to send it to Geneva (Annecy is not possible); collection is free for up to four days after arrival. Early booking is recommended due to limited bike spaces.
