I missed my connecting train from St. Margrethen to Landquart due to a delay on my earlier train from Munich to St. Margrethen. I had a seat reservation that I couldn’t use.
When I try to request a refund in the app, I get this message: “A refund cannot be issued. This ticket cannot be refunded as the CHF 10 processing fee exceeds the price of the ticket.”
I also tried the refund process for delayed trains, but it says the train wasn’t delayed enough.
Is there another way I can get a refund for the unused seat reservation? Thank you!
