Danhiel Karol55 You can also try on the site sbb.ch, define first an account and use the same in the mobile app. Tickets should be automatically transferred.
Krist From where to Schonried are you trying to buy a ticket? It may well be the case that you are making things complicated and could as well buy the ticket when you are here.
